In the first 6 classes of the beginner’s class, you will learn a set of warmup exercises to strengthen your legs plus the first section of the 37-posture form which comprise all the basic postures later repeated in the entire form.
Thursdays 3:15pm – 4:30pm
ADVANCED T’AI CHI CH’UAN
The advanced class requires knowledge of all or most of the postures of 37 movements designed by Cheng-Man Ching.
Thursdays 2:00pm – 3:15pm
5 Punch Pass: $90.00
The instructor will punch the card once each time you attend a session. The punch card does not expire, so there is no issue if you need to miss a class.
