About the 2026 Listening Sessions and Priority Setting Workshop


In recent weeks, the City Council held two in-person Listening Sessions. The Priority Setting Session will take place on March 14, 2026. City staff will be synthesizing the notes taken during the Listening Sessions and building them into the draft workplan for FY 2026-27, which will be discussed at a future City Council Meeting and then prioritized in preparation for the FY 2026-27 Proposed Budget.

At this Workshop, the Council received updates on the City's Capital Improvement Program,  discussed core services for the City, and then discussed the City Council Members' individual priorities for the coming fiscal year.

Acerca de las Sesiones de Escucha 2026 y el Taller de Definición de Prioridades

Hace unas semanas, el Concejo Municipal llevó a cabo dos Sesiones de Escucha presenciales. El 14 de marzo tendrá lugar la Sesión de Definición de Prioridades. El personal de la Ciudad sintetizará las notas tomadas durante las Sesiones de Escucha y las incorporará al borrador del plan de trabajo para el Año Fiscal 2026-27, el cual se analizará en esta sesión y posteriormente se priorizará como parte de la preparación del Presupuesto Propuesto para el Año Fiscal 2026-27.

A continuación, se indica la fecha y horario de la sesión de Definición de Prioridades:

En este taller, el Concejo recibió actualizaciones sobre el Programa de Mejoras de Capital de la Ciudad, analizó los servicios básicos de la Ciudad y luego debatió las prioridades individuales de los miembros del Concejo Municipal para el próximo año fiscal.
