555 Kelly Avenue - Affordable Housing

In 2022, the City of Half Moon Bay issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualified candidates to develop Affordable Housing on a City-owned parcel located at 555 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay. Potential proposals could target a range of affordable housing types, underserved populations, and project configurations.

The City received one submittal from a two-agency team comprised of Mercy Housing and Ayudando Latinos A Soñar (ALAS). The project team hosted three community meetings to seek feedback on the project design and future programming. To stay informed on future community meetings and project updates, Mercy Housing has established a webpage at www.555kelly.org
