Fire services in the City of Half Moon Bay are provided by the Coastside Fire Protection District. The District also serves unincorporated areas around Half Moon Bay and the unincorporated communities of Miramar, El Granada, Princeton-by-the-Sea, Moss Beach, and Montara.
